I am in network with Cigna healthcare in partnership with Wildflower Care Connect & Aetna!  

While I am contracted with these insurance plans, coverage and benefits can vary depending on your specific policy.

Before your appointment, I recommend contacting your insurance company to verify coverage for both you and your baby, as each may have separate benefits and eligibility requirements. Please ask about any potential out-of-pocket costs, including copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or other patient responsibilities for lactation care.

If you have insurance that I am not in network with, payment is due at the time of service. After your appointment has been paid in full, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible full or partial reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurer to learn about your out-of-network lactation benefits.  Verifying your benefits in advance can help you better understand your coverage and avoid unexpected costs.

Travel Fees:

• A $50 non-refundable travel fee is required at the time of scheduling all in-home consultations to secure your appointment.  

• Travel fees are not covered by insurance.
