I am in network with Cigna healthcare in partnership with Wildflower Care Connect & Aetna!  

 

I am not currently in network with any other insurances but am able to provide you with a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.  Many insurances now cover lactation care under the Affordable Care Act.  I encourage you to reach out to them prior to our consultation to understand your lactation coverage.

Travel Fees:

• A $50 non-refundable travel fee is required at the time of scheduling all in-home consultations to secure your appointment.  

• The travel fee will be applied toward the total consultation fee if you are self-pay & the remaining balance is due at the time of the visit.

• Travel fees are not covered by insurance.
