I am not currently in network with health insurances but am able to provide you with a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.  Many insurances now cover lactation care under the Affordable Care Act.  I encourage you to reach out to them prior to our consultation to understand your lactation coverage.

Booking & Payment Policy:

• A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment.

• The booking fee will be applied toward the total consultation fee.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of the visit.

 

Travel Fee:

• A $50 travel fee will be added for in-home visits located more than 30 minutes from Manalapan, NJ.

 

Please note that fees are subject to change and insurance reimbursement (if applicable) is not guaranteed.
